Step 1. Install the software on your computer and then you need to root your Android phone before the process. Then follow the steps below to open the USB debugging. (If you have done this before, you can skip to the next step now.)

1) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"
