Q: Every year I shot many videos of my son and other relatives in the my baby's birthday with the camera, but in this year I shot the birthday videos with my Android phone instead of camera, because the camera is too old to work and I think the mobile phone can function as well as the camera. It is also convenient to shoot videos with the mobile phone. I was watching the videos when a friend suddenly jumped out and gave me a surprise, and the things just happened. My fingers may tapped on some buttons, I do not know the exact situation and anyway the important and precious videos were deleted by the me! I really felt sad and could anyone please tell me what I should do if I want to recover the lost videos？ It will be kind of you to tell me the solution.
There various kinds of applications in the Android phone and I think that is why so many people indulged in playing smart phone. But in daily life we may face the risk of deleting the media files like videos, photos, music, etc during the time we played the mobile phone. What will do then ? If you want to recover the lost media files, then you should stop playing your Android device. Because the deleted files are not erased permanently, actually the space that the deleted files took up just became useable when you deleted the files. But the deleted files will not be recovered if you add new files into the phone, which will occupy the space that the erased ones took up and will overwrite the old one.
After that, you need a third party application to rescue the lost media files. Android File Recovery is a good choice for you. With this software, you can finish the recovery process with a click and in seconds simply and efficiently. Not only to that, the procedure can detect and scan all the space of your smart phone from SD card to SIM card and from external storage space to internal storage space, so it can scan not only the media files but also the contacts and SMS messages, and that means your other deleted files like contacts and messages can also be restored.
There are far more functions than I can describe, you can download the Free Trial version to try it.
The Preparation Work Need to be Done before the Android Media Files Recovery.
- If the files you want to restore is saved in the phone's internal flash card, then you need to root your Android phones or tablets otherwise the files can not be detected.
- Follow the steps below to open USB debugging on your Android devices if you did not do this before.
1) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"
2) For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
3) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode". Then you may back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".
Next, Link Your Phone to PC and the Program will Detect and Scan the Device.
Connect your Android phones or tablets to the computer via a simple USB cable, then turn on USB storage on the device and launch the Android Photo Recovery software. Then you'll see an interface like below, which means your device is being detected and scanned.
At Last, Preview and Recovery the Deleted Files.
After that, you will an interface like the below one with various categories list in the left panel. Click the "Android UMS Com..." in the left panel to expand the files under the option. Then check and mark the files you want to retrieve and hit "Recover" button in the top of the window.
